The qualities distributed from IMS ÖZEL ÇELIK are used for various applications :

from the C45 classic to the C45S+V with optimal machinability, the 20MnV6 is used for its good weldability. For some applications the following steels types are used : tempered C53, adapted to uses in case of specific high pressures (ball bushing), 42CrMo4, used as quenched or quenched and tempered in the case of parties subject to solicitations (steles for cylinders on earthmoving euipment). The mechanical tests carried out from our inner laboratory are supported from modern information systems that process and graphically represent the results obtained.
Chromium plated bars C45 : traditional carbon steels, it is the most used material in the hydraulic field in which standard performances are required (elevators, agricultural sector). The chromium plated bar is available as machinery steel.

Chromium plated bars C53 : steel that, given its characteristics of hardness at the tempered state, is used mainly in the field of sliding.

Chromium plated bars 20MnV6 : alloy steel with better characteristics of weldability regarding the C45. Thanks to its structure it supplies better mechanical performances to the low temperatures. Produced exclusively as machinery steel.

Chromium plated bars 42CrMo4 : this QT steel is used in case the cylinders are subject to particular mechanical solicitations. We supply this product as tempered and as QT. Thanks to its mechanical characteristics this material is used in the field earth movement.
